So guys, so far I have had no success with lucid dreaming. It's a big ol' drag. I've had one dream that I remembered out of three days, but I went to sleep after I woke up and forgot the dream after I woke up the second time. And the other two nights, no dreams to remember.
I've tried repeating to myself "I'm going to sleep, I'm going to have a dream, I'm going to remember the dream when I wake up" as I go to sleep, but it hasn't really worked. I'll keep doing it for a couple of nights until I try to find something different to do.
All in all, my dream journal is empty. Or full of failure. Whichever one you prefer. Anyone have any more protips for me, at least for remembering or having dreams?

ReplyDeleteIt can be very difficult some times over the last few days I have been trying to use lucid dream techniques but the dream is just a blur. I can maybe remember someones face or an object but not what was going on. Just keep at it man some people have a harder time starting.

ReplyDeleteI forgot to mention that I remember more dreams when I wake not fully rested and go back to sleep. Hope this works for you too.
