Lucid Dreaming

I'm going to start keeping a dream journal as a step to try and become lucid during a dream. Is this something that you guys would be interested in seeing? I would post some of my dream journal entries and my progress. It sounds pretty interesting to me, but I don't have the same interests as my followers. :P

  1. i'd be pretty interested actually - lucid dreamings something i've always wanted to do but never managed. I have really weird vivid dreams though. might be worth creating another page for, it'd be something i'd like to follow.

    1. Yeah it seems like an unreachable height for me, and I've been wanting to do it for years. I've never started a dream journal though. Thanks for the feedback! :D

    1. Ooh, astral projection seems scary for me! And yeah, I have also used binaural beats. They seem to do nothing but put me to sleep.

  7. Also interested. But aren't you at least a bit scared? I heard strange stories about lucid dreaming that you can get paralysed. However, I don't know how true they are.
Also, a good trick IMO will be waking up not fully rested in the morning and getting back to sleep. It allow me to easier remember the dreams that follow. Maybe useful in LD.

    1. I haven't heard anything about that. Are you thinking of sleep paralysis? That's temporary. I can't imagine how it would paralyze you, it's just being conscious and what not during a dream.

    2. Yes, I've meant exactly this. It scares me enough to wipe any thoughts of LD.

    3. It's just a stage that your body does anyway, but you're not supposed to be conscious for it. I suppose that would freak me out, having no control of my body. I feel what you're saying.
